Pastor Jim O’Neill and wife Sandy have been married for 45 years. God has blessed them with three children and nine grandchildren, ranging in age from 1 to 19 years old. They enjoy family time, vacations together, playing games and just relaxing on the beaches of Prudence Island.  

Pastor Jim has been in full time ministry for 11 years, previously serving as associate pastor, now spending his most recent seven years Senior pastor at CRBC. He has been heavily involved with church revitalization, helping churches strengthen their pulpits, return to the sufficiency of scripture and lean on the everlasting arms of Jesus Christ. 

Pastor Jim’s teaching is of the reformed doctrine, trusting in the saving work of a sovereign God, by His Grace alone, through faith alone in Christ alone using expositional preaching of scripture alone. 

Sandy has served in lay ministry with emphasis in women’s ministry, women’s bible studies and care of the congregations.

They are honored to serve God’s people and shepherd the flock of Christ Reformed Bible Church.
